The company has officially launched ASUS PUR (Pickup & Return), a new after-sales service designed specifically for accessories. The headline is simple: if you own an eligible ASUS or ROG accessory and it needs a warranty replacement, ASUS will pick it up from your doorstep and deliver the replacement back to you—free of charge.

No More Service Center Visits

Let’s be honest: waiting in queues or planning a trip to a service center for a broken adapter or a malfunctioning keyboard isn’t how anyone wants to spend their time. ASUS PUR removes that hassle entirely.

Available across more than 17,000 pin codes in India, the service covers a wide range of products, including wireless mice, Bluetooth keyboards, the Marshmallow Keyboard series, ASUS and ROG backpacks, GaN chargers, docks, dongles, and even JoGeek RAM and SSD products.

Here’s how it works: you reach out to ASUS Customer Care at 1800 209 0365 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM), they verify your warranty and check if your location is serviceable. Once approved, they handle the rest—pickup, processing, and return delivery—end to end.

Part of a Bigger Promise

ASUS isn’t treating this as a one-off experiment. The PUR initiative is part of the company’s broader “4A framework” in India, which stands for Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and Added-value Services. This particular service falls under the last pillar, reflecting a shift in focus: after-sales support now extends beyond laptops and desktops to the everyday accessories people actually rely on.
